We ship worldwide from our hatroom in Helsinki, Finland. Every order is packed with care to make sure your hat arrives safe and ready to wear. Shipping costs are calculated and added at checkout based on your location. Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow its journey.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your hat. If for any reason you’re not, returns and exchanges are possible within 14 days of receiving your order. The hat must be unused and in its original condition. Once we receive it back, you’ll get a full refund. Please note: return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
